The MSHDA Annual Recertification brochure was inspired by my current day job as a leasing consultant. The annual recertification process is quite complicated for many tenants, especially with frequent change of regulations and polices from both a federal and state level. This brochure was designed to help guide tenants within the state of Michigan that receive subsidy housing on the expectations in a more accessible and simple format.
